    Carrie is a Licensed Professional Counselor with National Certification through NBCC. She has a dual Bachelors in Psychology and Business Management from Liberty University (Cum Laude), a Masters in Professional Counseling from Liberty University (Graduate with High Distinction, 2013), and is currently a Doctoral Candidate in the Psychology Program at Grand Canyon University. Honors include Psi Chi, Sigma Beta Delta, and Alpha Chi. Carrie is trained in EMDR therapy, and can also help with the following: discretion counseling for high profile individuals, pre-marital and marital counseling, work/life transition, grief and loss, crisis and trauma, anxiety, depression, Christian counseling, communication skills, Life Coaching, Peak Performance, and other general issues. 

    Carrie's background includes business management and operations. She has more than 24 years experience in business, personal coaching, and consulting. She is a Certified SYMBIS Facilitator, motivational speaker, author, entrepreneur, and developer of the Strength Enhancement Approach to Success (S.E.A.S. Program). Carrie is an active community volunteer and small business mentor.

    Shade Golden is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been working in mental health for more than five years. She graduated from Tarleton State University, and has been in private practice since 2015. Whether working individually, with a partner or family member, or in a group setting, Shade collaborates with clients to explore their experiences and potential skills and abilities for overcoming issues that are interfering with their lives. Examples of these can include grief, anxiety, depression, life transitions, abuse, relationship issues, and several others. Together, with clients she works to achieve success, which provides the opportunity to focus on goal-setting, strengths, morals and values, and motivation to create a more self-satisfying future where issues can be dealt with in a healthy and constructive way. She believes people have unique strengths, skills, and capabilities to find happiness and thrive within their personal, professional, and academic lives, even during the tough times. Shade sees ages 3+ and can also help with anger management, anxiety, family conflict, grief, oppositional defiance disorder, parenting, peer relationships, spirituality, and self-esteem.

    Sally Rye is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a dedicated Christian called to help adolescents, adults and families move beyond some of the difficulties in life. She believes the counseling process is much like a journey and is a collaborative effort between the therapist and the individual, or family. Sally is inspired by each individual's potential to strengthen resiliency and healing. She has experience with clients who have significant emotional trauma which has helped her learn the value of challenging faulty beliefs and repressed emotions. She has worked extensively with PTSD and received training in EMDR.

    Juli has been a counselor for more than 20 years. She earned a BA in psychology at UT Austin and a Master of Arts in Human Services, Counseling Concentration at St. Edward’s University. She has a holistic background, and with both professional and life experience, partners with individuals, couples and families to help with stress, problem-solving, depression, anxiety, PTSD, addictions and other life issues.

    Tamara is a Licensed Professional Counselor with National Certification through NBCC. She has been working in the mental health field for over 9 years. She graduated from Texas A&M University- Corpus Christi (Summa Cum Laude, 2009) with a Master of Science Degree in Counseling, emphasis in Marriage & Family Therapy. Professional experience includes private counseling, high risk youth, psychiatric/behavioral hospital triage, psychoeducational groups, relationship workshops, and law enforcement community among others. Tamara approaches therapy as a non-judgmental and collaborative relationship to assist clients in meeting goals, overcoming obstacles and exploring new ways to thrive. Tamara sees clients 13+ and can help with individual counseling, relationship/marital counseling, group and family counseling, parenting issues, transition, grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other general life issues.

    Shelby is a Licensed Professional Counselor Intern under supervision of Kelly Salzman, LPC-S. Shelby graduated from Liberty University in 2018 with a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling. She is primarily trained in the cognitive behavioral perspective while actively implementing other therapeutic techniques to fit each client’s needs. Shelby is passionate about and has experience working with a variety of people groups such as moms of all stages (trying to conceive, pregnancy, postpartum), children 6 years old and older, teens, young adults, families, geriatric population and their families, as well as previous and current first responders. She is also certified in premarital and marriage assessments through Prepare/Enrich, LLC. Some areas that she loves working in are trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, coping skills, parenting issues, traumatic brain injuries, some developmental disorders, communication, women’s issues, confrontation and resolving interpersonal conflicts (family, professional, peers) and all other relationship issues, codependency, life transitions, multigenerational living situations, college and career counseling, and faith-based/Christian counseling (upon request). She also has experience in forming and running support groups such as stress and anxiety support.
