Matthew Lewis, M.S.,
LPC Associate

Supervised by Carrie M. Allen, PhD, LPC-S.S., LPC

Matthew makes use of Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) to assist clients in developing an internal toolkit with which they can tackle life’s challenges. Many times, we face barriers and obstacles in life, and sometimes it may be difficult to find one’s path through them. Matthew believes that by helping clients obtain greater clarity & acceptance of themselves, their goals, and their dreams, they can navigate these difficulties with greater surety of themselves and the path they choose.

Some examples of areas Matthew seeks to cultivate include goal making, self-acceptance, increased tolerance to the small upsets that can happen in life, and keeping an eye towards the greater goals you may want to strive towards. However, regardless of what you may decide to work on, you will always have a welcoming atmosphere and listening ear.
